The British Music Experience is delighted to announce the brand new Residents’ Pass, which will allow those living within ‘L” postcodes unlimited entry for the year for just £16, the price of a standard adult ticket. Children under 5 still go free.
Pass holders will be notified about special events taking place at The British Music Experience, such as the ‘In Conversation With’ series, which includes forthcoming talks from legendary music photographer Kevin Cummins and an exclusive evening of talks celebrating the late X-Ray Spex star, Poly Styrene.
The pass will also grant unlimited access to The British Music Experience throughout the Summer Holidays Programme. The programme boasts daily musical themed story time sessions, dream catcher crafting workshops and access to the Gibson Interactive Instrument Studio, where the Visitor Experience Musicians are on hand to give tutorials.

With an ever-evolving collection of costumes, instruments, memorabilia and interactive installations, The British Music Experience is constantly celebrating the arrival of something new. The Residents’ Pass will allow music enthusiasts the opportunity to be the first to experience new arrivals and keep up to date with new and exciting exhibits.

The current collection boasts outfits worn by legendary artists such as Freddie Mercury, David Bowie and Dusty Springfield, to the Spice Girls, Adam Ant and X Factor finalists not to mention musical instruments played by some of the world’s most renowned artists from Noel Gallagher to the Sex Pistols. There are hand written song lyrics from Adele, the original statues from the Brits and the Apple Corp front door from Saville Row.
Visitors are also able to get involved too. You can learn a musical instrument with the best music equipment available, from drum kits to keyboards. Even try your hand on a Gibson guitar in the Gibson Brands Interactive Studio. Teenagers will love trying their hand at being a rock star in the vocal booth and smaller children can enjoy the show and dance the decades in our dance pop routines studio!
After the main event browse an exclusive range of gifts, clothing, books and memorabilia from the Merch Store and you can rest those dancing feet with a selection of delicious snacks and meals in the Star Café.
