The ‘Changing Tides’ art programme formed part of the Three Festivals Tall Ships Regatta event back in May 2018.
As well as showcasing the amazing talents and innovation of the local, national and international artists taking part, it also examined the effect of rising water levels on the development of our distinct cultural identities.
As part of this children were invited to express their concerns about the future of our
oceans by writing a messages in a bottle.
