‘Finding Refuge’ is a dance and spoken word piece that tells the story of people who have resettled in Liverpool, after arriving as asylum seekers from Iran, Namibia, Syria and Ukraine.

Working alongside performance poet Amina Atiq, the piece aims to provide audiences with an insight into the lived experience of people leaving their homes, families and friends and their journey to finding refuge. It will also relay the important message of welcoming refugees.
