Based within their network of award winning Tourist Information Centres (TICs), our experienced and knowledgeable multi-lingual team are able to assist with all types of enquiry from event information to transport and hotel accommodation.

The Tourist Information Team (TIC), are on hand to help via phone, email and social media or you can always drop in to a visitor centre and say hello – the team are located in the heart of Liverpool ONE shopping district in the city centre.
