“Voices in isolation – you’ll never walk alone” is a touching tale of lockdown life in Liverpool from the viewpoint of young girl, cut off from her elderly grandfather. Separated by over 70 years, the two share in their obsession for football and love of their club, Liverpool FC. As the season draws to a close and victory edges nearer, the two find themselves unable to share in the long-awaited glory. Liverpool is a city built on culture, football and music, but what happens when the noise stops?
The show is a unique theatrical experience brought to you by Tinman Theatre. Using a combination of interviews from real life members of the Liverpool community mixed with news reports and football highlights, a multi-sensory experience exploring life in lockdown through the eye of a young child has been wonderfully created.
