To enter the competition, we are asking for your feedback – you do not have to give us any personal information you don’t wish to. It’s completely confidential, and we only ask for you to complete any personal details if you wish for us to contact you if you have won the competition.
There are two surveys – you can complete one survey or two – if you complete both surveys you have double the chance of winning!

Complete our survey by 10 December to be in with a chance of winning one (1) night in the 4* hotel Pullman Liverpool, for two (2) people, in a superior river view room, including breakfast the following morning.

RIVER OF LIGHT 2021 PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
- Prize Draw open to UK residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of Liverpool City Council, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.
- Opening/closing date & time: Prize Draw in relation to River of Light event in Liverpool 22 October – 7 November 2021, opens for entries via completing either survey as linked to on this page of Culture Liverpool.
- Prize Draw closes for entries 2.00pm on 10 December 2021.
- The draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries.
- Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.
How to enter & cost of entry: Fill in the survey and add your email to the final question accepting to be entered in. Entrants who fill in the two different surveys will be entered twice. - It is free to enter. The prize is one (1) prize of accommodation for one (1) night at Pullman Liverpool in a superior river view room on a bed and breakfast basis for two (2) people.
- The prize must be booked and taken Sunday to Friday only. Subject to availability between 4 January and 30 June 2022.
- The booking request form must be received by the prize provider of the Pullman
Liverpool at least 30 days prior to the requested travel dates. Pullman Liverpool will use reasonable efforts to accommodate dates requested by the winner as best it can however the winner acknowledges that accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking. - The winner and their companion(s) must travel at the same time on the same itinerary.
- Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the overnight stay.
- In the event that the winner cannot take-up the overnight stay, Liverpool City Council does not accept responsibility in these circumstances, and no alternative prize will be provided.
