On Friday 5 April, Jon Courtenay, the winner of ITV’s Britain’s Got Talent, takes audiences on a musical comedy journey featuring his hilarious one-man musical. Ivo Graham, a nominee for Best Comedy Show at the 2019 Edinburgh Comedy Awards, presents Organised Fun on Saturday 6 April. Griff Rhys Jones returns to Liverpool on Tuesday 30 April, with his funny observations and comic stories following the hugely successful international tour, All Over The Place.
Tom Davis, best known for the hit TV shows King Gary, Murder In Successville is taking over the stage for his biggest tour, Underdog, on Saturday 4 May. Rosie Holt‘s new show, That’s Politainment!, will tread the fine line between politics and entertainment on Saturday 25 May.
Scummy Mummies, a comedy duo known for their unabashed confessions take on motherhood are bringing all their most-loved songs and sketches on Wednesday 5 June. Following millions of downloads and views on YouTube, TikTok and Instagram Jarlath Regan’s epic new standup comedy show is on Thursday 6 June.
There’s also a regular programme of comedy and spoken word every Thursday downstairs at the Everyman. On the first Thursday of the month, A Lovely Word features a headliner and open mic poets. The Reel Tours: Mega Movie Quiz in a Theatre is held every third Thursday, and comedy night Fem De La Femme takes place every fourth Thursday. Mellowtone presents an intimate night of music on Thursday 29 February. The Spare Rib Burlesque Night will be held on Friday 5 April and Friday 7 June. A vibrant night for Black women creatives, GODDESS, is held quarterly and Tours & Afternoon Tea are back this year by popular demand, along with Murder Mystery Afternoon Tea during the Easter holiday.
