This year, instead of just having photos and memories of the Lunar New Year celebrations, the event will also be recorded using Visual Minutes. Visual Minutes are a visual record of the event, drawn live on the day. For Chinese New Year 2023, artists Becky Bryson and Holly Langley will capture elements of the event as they happen and record these in colourful drawings and sketches. This will provide an exciting live drawing experience for everyone at the event and a beautiful finished illustrated record of the day.
Visual Minutes will take place within the Family Arts & Crafts area at the bottom of Nelson Street.
