Gather along the River Mersey waterfront for a spectacular and moving event to close the BoA80 commemorative weekend. Watch the Merchant and Naval vessels plus a convoy of support from the Mersey’s maritime community sail away to a beat retreat from His Majesty’s Royal Marine Band. A flypast display by the Navy Wings Aircraft will also take place at 5.20pm so don’t forget to look to the skies.
