Culture Liverpool are thrilled to be welcoming Navy Wings and the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight to Liverpool during the Battle of the Atlantic Commemoration weekend. All flypasts will follow the River Mersey, with good visibility from both sides of the river.
The planned flypast times are:
Friday 26th May
12.11pm – 12.16pm: Flypast (North to South) Swordfish, BBMF, Poseidon
7.00pm – 7.08pm: Swordfish display
Saturday 27th May
11.00am – 11.10am: Seafire and Swordfish formation display
11.50am – 12.05pm: BBMF (Lancaster, Hurricane, Spitfire) Flypast (3 passes)
1.15pm – 1.30pm: (Lancaster, Hurricane, Spitfire) Flypast (3 passes)
3.00pm – 3.10pm: Seafire and Swordfish formation display
Sunday 28th May
12.30pm – 12.45pm: (Lancaster, Hurricane, Spitfire) Flypast (3 passes)
1.50pm – 2.00pm: Swordfish display
5.20pm – 5.30pm: Swordfish display
