Enjoy a once in a lifetime dining experience in the palatial surroundings of Liverpool’s Cunard Building, one of the world famous Three Graces.
As Cunard’s Three Queens meet together for the first time on the river Mersey, their spiritual home, the stunning Cunard Building opens its doors to the public as a new restaurant the Aquitania opens within this stunning building.
A World Heritage site and the place where almost every cruise passenger passed in the 1920s on Transatlantic trips to a new world, the Cunard Building offers guests a unique experience to enjoy first class food and drink in a truly historic setting.

Ian has scooped a host of national culinary awards and is the executive chef for the City of Liverpool College catering school, one of the top schools of its kind in the country. He will be working with likeminded experts to offer a menu to match the sumptuous surroundings of the Cunard Building.
