Museum of the Moon
Artist Luke Jerram’s Museum of the Moon fuses lunar imagery, moonlight, and a surround-soundscape by BAFTA and Ivor Novello award-winning composer Dan Jones. Take a closer look at the moon’s surface created from detailed NASA imagery and reproduced on a 1:500,000 scale, which is lit up from within.
The specially-curated Under the Moon programme of lunar-inspired events includes an Astrophysic’s lecture and discussion, moon inspired classical music recitals, voyage-discovery theatre and planetary storytelling for all ages.
Join Liverpool Cathedral Under the Moon and at the Pier Head, Albert Dock and Mann Island for a spectacular arts & entertainment programme as part of the Three Festivals Tall Ships Regatta 2018.
