This accessible, cultural show, engages children and adults of all ages in an epic representation of how The Legend of the Chinese Zodiac was born.
Audience members step inside a magical world where a storyteller narrates the ancient, traditional tale, of how the Chinese Calendar came about, to the backdrop of a magnificent, shadow puppetry, performed live, by three professional puppeteers.
How did the Great Emperor choose which animal would represent the first year of the Chinese Calendar? Watch the 13 animals race across mountains and rivers; running, hopping, leaping, swimming and plotting their way to victory. All the while learning about their individual personalities and character traits, and how they relate to your own!
