Here at Culture Liverpool we are committed to delivering inclusive high quality events, activities and projects to a diverse audience. As part of that commitment and to help secure additional funding to host these wonderful cultural happenings, we need your help.
On this page you will find several surveys that relate to events that have taken place throughout the year. If you attended any of these events in person or viewed online content and have a few moments to spare, we would really welcome your feedback.
The questionnaires will take approximately 1-2 minutes to complete and is purely for market research purposes only. We will ensure that you remain anonymous and your details kept confidential at all times unless you have given your permission otherwise. Please note, however, you have the right to withdraw consent at any stage and have the right to access data collected about you.
As part of this, we will be collecting data on gender, age, ethnic origin, name, phone number and email address to ensure we are speaking with a good cross section of people. You do have the right to refuse to answer any question should you choose to.
