It’s time to get your cultural costume and dancing shoes on! Liverpool’s Afro-Cultural Carnival will be a celebration of our diverse community, offering an array of entertainment, food, and activities for people of all ages to enjoy.
From 10am to 6pm, this free carnival will feature a diverse range of activities and entertainment, including live music from The Cultural Troupe and South African Dancers, and The Liverpool Benin Dancers from Nigeria. Cultural displays include a fashion show, art installations from the Osun Art Group, plus many carnival games, and interactive workshops.
A variety of food vendors offering both international cuisine and traditional carnival fare will provide attendees with a culinary journey around the world.
If you’d like to get hands on, we have opportunities for you to register as a performer, become a model on the catwalk. You can also book a stall or sponsor this amazing event. Become a volunteer or simply order a stunning Event costume.
