Due to popular demand, This is Shanghai will be open until 7pm on Thursday 16 August for Shanghai Nights!
Come and enjoy the exhibition outside our normal opening hours for one night only. This project has been developed to explore and reimagine Shanghai’s everyday reality within it’s twin city, Liverpool.
Proud to be a partner exhibition of this year’s Liverpool Biennial, This is Shanghai is the second of three chapters of China Dream, a 9 month festival celebrating and exploring contemporary Chinese culture.
This project is presented in partnership with Open Eye Gallery by Culture Liverpool.

Access to the exhibition is on Water Street and for Wheelchair users, please use the entrance on Brunswick Street.
