Following International Women’s Day (Wednesday 8 March), Public View artists Nina Edge and Lin Holland lead this tour with Liverpool artist Flis Mitchel, focusing on the importance of art by women to the gallery’s exhibition history.
Curated by Bluecoat’s Artistic Director Bryan Biggs, Public View features work from over 100 artists who have previously exhibited at Bluecoat. The exhibition aims to reflect something of Bluecoat’s curatorial distinctiveness and the breadth of artists we have supported over this period.
