Formed in 2010, the Liverpool String Quartet has established itself as an ensemble of the highest standard. They regularly perform in Liverpool, in their residence at the Nordic Church, and have given concerts at other notable venues including Liverpool Philharmonic’s ‘The Music Room’, St George’s Hall and the Anglican Cathedral. They have also toured extensively, highlights include a tour of the Balearic Islands which included the opening concert at the Mahon Festival, and many tours to Spain and Catalunya. The Quartet will be playing moon inspired music including Mozart’s Eine Kleine Nacht Music, Bach’s Air, on a G String and Handel’s Water Music.
