The Liverpool Arabic Arts Festival 2017’s Grand Finale event brings the sights, sounds and tastes of the Arab world to Sefton Park Palm House.

The whole family can attend this event to watch international music acts, the best home-grown talent and high energy folkloric dance performances in the beautiful surrounds of the jewel of Sefton Park. Visitors can browse and Arabian Souk, picking up traditional cultural merchandise and cuisine, and enjoy family friendly workshops and activities including storytelling, henna and children’s crafts.

The Liverpool Arab Arts Festival is the UK’s biggest annual celebration of Arab arts and culture and will bring a thrilling celebration of Arab culture to venues across the city, showcasing the richness of Arab culture through a packed programme of visual art, music, dance, film, theatre, literature and special events.

This year, Liverpool Arab Arts Festival will be staging around 35 events throughout Summer of Love including an Arab extravaganza of live performances at the World Museum (Saturday 15 July), a concert by world-renowned Palestinian singer, writer and performer Reem Kelani in the Philharmonic Hall Music Room (Saturday 15 July), and the hugely popular LAAF Family Day at Sefton Park Palm House providing the high energy finale (Sunday 16 July).
