Bill Kenwright’s “Amazing”, “Wonderful” and “Brilliant” production of Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber’s sparkling family musical comes to St Helens as part of its record-breaking tour, with Union J’s Jaymi Hensley in the title role of Joseph.
Retelling the Biblical story of Joseph, his eleven brothers and the coat of many colours, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat is full of life and colour, and features unforgettable hit songs including Go, Go, Go Joseph, Any Dream Will Do and Close Every Door To Me. Now for 2019 is enhanced choreography by Gary Lloyd.
Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat was the first of Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice’s musicals to be performed publicly. Seen by an estaimated 26 million people, and counting, Joseph continues to enthral audiences around the world.
