Chung Hok House: Arts for Health Exhibition has been developed and curated by Artist and Oral Historian duo John J Campbell and Moira Kenny also known as The Sound Agents. Working with Chinese Elders in sheltered housing and funded by Pine Court’s Community Development Fund, ‘Arts for Health’ provided arts activities to prevent and alleviate health problems and combat loneliness.

Having previously collaborated with Chung Hok residents on other art projects, The Sound Agents designed the ‘Arts for Health’ workshops to address the clear need for people to spend time with each other in a happy setting using arts as a tool for bringing people together.

The Exhibition will include photographs of the workshops, residents paintings and a series of portrait sketches of the participants produced by Moira Kenny.

Event Date: Saturday 25th January 2020 - Saturday 29th February 2020
