Angel Field Festival: Immix Ensemble – Dream Makers
2019 marks the 50th anniversary of the first lunar landing - that epic voyage into the unknown marking a "giant leap for mankind."
One way in which the Angel Field Festival will mark this historic event is with a collaboration between one of the UK’s most innovative new music ensembles IMMIX and composers Stephen Davismoon, Freya Hellier and Andrew PM Hunt (aka Dialect). Stephen Davismoon’s piece will be performed in partnership with Chatsworth Community College, Salford. The performance will feature soundscapes reflecting upon the beauty and delicacy of our home planet inspired by the words of astronauts.
Event Date: Saturday 30th March – Saturday 30th March 2019
Location: Senate Room, HCA Building, Hope Park
