A story of activism, past, present and future. As part of Mandela8’s Young Media Project lens activists tell their story of activism through the generations and what it means to them. This powerful film shows the journey of activism in Liverpool communities and the influence of people when they work together to achieve change.

This film was produced as part of the Mandela8 Paxton’s Princes Park Mandela Memorial and Legacy Programme, supported by the Heritage Lottery Fund. The project is designed to capture the legacy of activism in Liverpool, remember and record the important stories, bringing elders who were anti apartheid activists together with youth to pass the baton on.
